What’s the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing uses a cleaning solution at roughly garden-hose pressure to kill algae, mildew and mold on stucco, siding and roofs. Pressure washing uses force and is reserved for hard surfaces like concrete driveways and pavers. Most homes get a bit of both.
Is it safe for my plants, pets and pool?
We wet plants before, cover delicate beds, and rinse everything after. We ask that pets stay inside while we work and for about an hour after. Pool covers go on or we keep runoff away from the water line.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need an outdoor water spigot and access through any gates. We’ll text when we arrive and send photos when we’re done.
How accurate is the online estimate?
The range covers typical homes of that size. We confirm the exact price in writing — by text or after a free look — before any work starts. That written price is the one you pay.
What if it rains on my day?
Light rain is fine for most work. For storms we text you the evening before with the next open slot on your route day. No fees for weather moves.
How do I pay?
After the walk-through. We text an invoice you can pay by card, or you can pay by check on the day. No deposits for residential jobs.
