I — The space

Walls the colour of sand. A window facing north.

A treatment table in blush linen beside tall curtains — The treatment room. Heated table, linen washed at home.

The room was planned around one rule: you should never hear the next appointment. So there is no next appointment, not while you’re here. Guests arrive and leave through the same quiet door, with at least fifteen minutes between them.

Light comes from the north window and from low lamps; nothing overhead. The music is quiet enough that you can choose to ignore it.

You’re matched to whoever focuses on what you’ve booked, and you keep them, if you’d like.

NotesInès will spend the first ten minutes just looking. She likes dry skin, cool rooms and the HydraGlow, in that order.

III — Philosophy

Five things we don’t do.

We don’t double-book.
One guest in the studio at a time. If we run over, it’s because you needed the time.
We don’t sell at the end.
No retail wall, no basket by the door. If you ask what we used, we’ll write it down.
We don’t hide prices.
Every price is on the menu. Peels have a starting price, and we agree the rest before we begin.
We don’t promise results.
Skin is changeable. We describe what a treatment does and how it should feel. The rest is yours.
We don’t rush injectables.
They’re offered only by consultation with a licensed provider, and the conversation always comes first.
